Candidate’s minimum responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Take direction from the Operations Manager and the Logistics Manager
•Supervise the shop activities of employees and freelance crews
•Work in a warehouse environment involving prep and de-prep for rentals and productions
•Responsible for safety development, along with implementing security and safety programs
•Ensure compliance with shop paperwork protocols
•Ability to work evening and weekend hours as dictated by the needs of the business
•Capable of lifting a minimum of 75 pounds consistently and safely
•Operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles up to 26 foot non-CDL box truck
•Load and unload company and rental vehicles
•Deliver and pickup rentals and sub-rentals
•Fabricate cable assemblies (soldering skills)
•Utilize basic carpentry and metalwork skills
•Assist with equipment maintenance and repair
•Perform shipping and receiving tasks
•Conduct vehicle maintenance
•Help to keep the warehouse clean and organized

Minimum Position Qualifications:

•Exceptional skills in problem solving, decision-making, prioritizing work, organizing, and getting the necessary information from relevant sources
•Should have good people skills, be pleasant and courteous, and posses a great deal of patience when working under pressure
•Minimum 1 year entertainment industry or theatrical experience
•General knowledge of audio systems, lighting and dimming equipment, staging systems, and other production equipment
•Ability to produce and maintain a clean and valid driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards
•Must be able to obtain a DOT medical card and a forklift operator certification
•Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing
•Basic Windows computer skills including Microsoft Office; more specific skills with Intelevent Express will be necessary; training provided
